While this community is ungated because of its design, we do require the use of access control fobs to enter any door within the community. In addition, our attached 14-story parking garage is gated and monitored by courtesy patrol officers.

Every unit in our community comes fully equipped with full-size washer and dryers. Our apartment homes provide full-size side by side washer and dryers and full-size stackable washer and dryers. Please note that the washer and dryer types vary by apartment home.

We understand that not everyone needs a long-term lease, but our shortest term is 13 months.

We love this question and have several ways for you to do this. Simply fill out our “Drop Us A Line” form or you can call us to set up a time, or just stop by we welcome walk-ins. There will be snacks and coffee waiting!

We utilize a bluetooth enabled apartment key that you will pair with your cellular device. Please reach out to your leasing consultant to schedule a time for us to help set this up and answer any questions you may have.

The security deposit is $500 for a studio or one bedroom apartment, $1000 for a two bedroom apartment and $1500 for a penthouse and it is returned within 30 days after move-out, pending any deductions for damages or outstanding balances.

Utilities are not included in the rent amount but are billed to you directly on your resident portal. This alleviates you as the resident having to pay any deposits. You will be billed directly for water, electricity and HVAC. Our residents enjoy lower bills than the average person using standard ultility companies.

Guest parking is attached directly to The First National Center and is free of charge for resident guests. The garage is located on Broadway and is called the ONE11 Garage.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal, email, phone or in person requests. Emergency maintenance can be reached at 405-724-8820.

Pets are welcome! The First Residences does not have weight or breed restrictions. We do ask for up to date vaccinations and for pets to be submitted through PetScreening.
