The security deposit is $500 for a studio or one bedroom apartment, $1000 for a two bedroom apartment and $1500 for a penthouse and it is returned within 30 days after move-out, pending any deductions for damages or outstanding balances.
Is there covered parking or garage parking?
Yes, we have an attached 14-story parking garage, as well as VIP parking available for an additional monthly cost. Contact the leasing office for more details.
Is there a pool?
Our community offers a rooftop, heated infinity swimming pool, complete with cabanas and outdoor kitchen with bar-b-que grills.
Do the units have laundry hookups?
